Shopping Online

1. HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Once you've finished shopping, the next step is to click the shoppingbag icon at the top right to place your order. Price, estimated tax and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you are happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.

Payments

1. ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

Closeness guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

2. WHEN IS THE AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY CREDIT CARD?

Your credit card will be debited when we ship your package.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RETURNS?

If you return any items the balance will in most cases be refunded to your credit card, less the return shipping fee.

4. WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

The following credit cards are accepted at Closeness: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Shipping & Handling

1. HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard orders should be delivered within 10 to 14 business days following order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

1. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Unused or defective products purchased at https://closeness1.myshopify.com/ may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt. Read our Refund Policy for more information.
